New Price Promise is Launched: Cruise bookers will be delighted that from now on the early bird still catches the worm when it comes to getting the best deal on your holiday.
Cruise Thomas Cook, along with their cruise partners P&O Cruises and Cunard, is now rewarding the forward-planning customer by making sure that if the price of their cruise for 2013/14 comes down after they have booked it – they will be offering on board spending money or free upgrades to make up the cost.
CCS Price Promise
The aim is to make sure that everyone onboard is assured that they have received the best deal possible on their dream holiday, whether it is on holidays to Egypt or a Balearics break including Ibiza.
The only exclusion from this new deal is for “getaway fares” and some last-minute deals, however those customers, although bagging a bargain, have little control of the choice of cabin and other benefits pre-booking passengers can enjoy.
For those people taking advantage of pre-booking early, they can reap the benefits, which will include the choice of free on board spending money, free parking or coach transfers, the chance to book the exact cabin you want, even down to the number.
Already Booked your Holiday of a Lifetime?
Don’t panic! All customers who have booked since April 2012 will be sent a letter with details of the new scheme and if their cruise has been reduced in price, they will be refunded the difference through benefits like a cabin upgrade on onboard spending money.
For those people who know which cruise they want to take but haven’t taken the plunge and made the commitment, you can now do so, safe in the knowledge that this price guarantee is now in place.
